Before we begin, you’ll complete a health history form and obtain physician clearance so your program supports you safely from the start.

Your first session begins with an assessment to understand how your body is moving and where you need support. From there, your program is built with purpose to help you move forward with clarity.

Your Starting Point

Programs begin with a medical history review, PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire), and physician consent to ensure exercise programming aligns with each individual’s stage of treatment and recovery.

Each option provides safe, progressive exercise guidance tailored to the individual.
